« Loved the location very near beach and rail trail for walking and short walk up hill to town and many shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Parking in garage or driveway is too tight for truck or van; street parking is metered unless you go further up the hill and get lucky. Laundry requires $3.50/load of quarters, no change machine. Apartment nice and bright. »

« Great apartment and perfect location. Apartment is very clean and has wonderful views....Would recommend! We did have an issue that required help from Vacasa. The gate on the garage door closed on our rental car and caused major damage. Vacasa was easily reached but never followed up with us after couple of calls and several texts. I just wished the follow up would of happened and at least show a little concern. »

« The location was terrific, the driveway parking good and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was comfy and they had good quality linens and bath towels. The main problem was a broken combination door lock which was remedied on the second day by giving us keys. Until then it was hit or miss, mostly miss, on trying to get in the unit. The other problem was the bathtub did not come with a rubber mat for the bottom of the tub. There were no strips and the surface was very smooth and slick. We...

« The house and outdoor patio are wonderful. There’s a lot of love and care by the owner and she’s also a wonderful person to talk with. Our family really liked the location being a few blocks from the beach but not right next to the pier or really busy areas. We even found a really nice long bike and running path along the beach going North to Dana Point. We’ll be back again next year for sure. »

« The property was conveniently located minutes from a wonderful French bistro and North Beach. There were numerous restaurants, shops, and grocery stores nearby. The home was as shared on the website; the accommodations were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay! As a side note, our guests could comfortably climb the stairs to the home's front entrance; however, it could be challenging for the elderly, young children, and people with physical limitations. »

« Cute place!! But no access to the beach. Not sure what is going on with the beach by the property but the back fence is broken and somewhat unsafe. Filthy floors. If you are planning to cook there in the spacious kitchen plan to not have the tools you will need. »
