« Lovely stay with great communicationOur time at the property was lovely, and communication with the owners was one of the smoothest and most pleasant experiences I’ve had. They stayed in touch and were kind enough to accommodate a last-minute booking request , which I really appreciated.The house was exactly as listed and a good size for a couple or two friends for sure. « Visiting our son and this cute getaway was five minutes away from him. Loved the neighborhood and the accommodations. Perfect for our three day stay. Clean and well kept property. Loved the little bodega Primos right around the corner. Had everything we needed. Will be sure to book again when we visit. Thank you! »

« Great property and location, great overall rental. Clear instructions for all access and friendly communication. An awesome firepit was provided along with fire wood, but apparently the neighborhood takes issue with its use, so that was the only hiccup. Would stay again. »

« Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. We did ask Eric about this upon receiving the address...
