Arroganter, unfreundlicher Check-In, dann eine verstopfte Toilette und zum Ende wurde uns die von Hotels.com als Silver-Vorteil versprochenen 10 Dollar Guthaben pro Person und Tag nicht gewährt, weil man nichts davon wusste. Für mich darum das erste und letzte Mal Sonesta. Schade, denn eigentlich wäre das Haus schön, aber niemand scheint willens, was daraus zu machen.

Great room but ac in bedroom doesn't work

The only reason I have it 4 stars instead of 5 was because hair was in the bathroom and the ac was giving us trouble. Other than that the staff is amazing and the property exceeded my expectations. I was surprised to see a movie theater on the property and the seats are comfortable and heated and just beautiful, the food was amazing and the seating area is very peaceful, beautiful and with the right person romantic. I will definitely be returning.
