The Grand Estate brings together two of Daylesford’s most impressive properties, The Manor House and The Station House, creating an exceptional private estate accommodating up to 28 guests across 14 beautifully appointed bedrooms.

The Manor House accommodates 16 guests across eight beautifully styled bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. At the heart of the house, a bespoke dining table takes centre stage within the expansive open-plan kitchen and dining area. Beyond, the grand great room offers a lavish space filled with art, plush furnishings and a striking double-sided fireplace, with plenty of firewood supplied for your stay.

An elegant verandah surrounds the Manor House, opening onto expansive gardens and lawns. The barbecue area, extending from the great room, features a large communal table and provides an idyllic setting for long lunches, evening drinks and memorable gatherings with family and friends.

The Station House accommodates a further 12 guests across six gorgeous bedrooms. Surrounded by manicured gardens and greenery, this historic homestead offers a beautiful blend of Victorian character, comfort and relaxed country living.

Inside, the light-filled lounge features windows on three sides, framing views across the gardens. Leather couches, rustic timber furnishings and carefully selected artworks create a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the adjoining dining room provides the perfect setting for group meals around its large rustic table.

The adjoining kitchen combines functionality with charm, featuring timber benchtops and a wall of windows that fills the space with natural light. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully styled with a blend of vintage and antique furnishings, polished floorboards and exceptionally comfortable beds. The front bedrooms open onto the verandah through French doors, while split-system heating and cooling throughout the living areas ensures year-round comfort.
