« Petit déjeuner pas terrible »

« I was very let down that there was no longer a hot tub. That is always my first go to. And the pool looked clean until you got in then you notice all the dirt and silt laying on the bottom getting stirred up as you walked down into the water. The room was very clean, no complaints with the room and the property. Just the amenities was very disappointing . »

« Reasonable value and a good location. Within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. Easy access from I-80. »

« The bed and pillows were so very comfortable. I am wondering where I can purchase the exact pillows? We had the first floor end room, I could hear the large trucks start and run all night long. I would wake up when I heard them. It was very loud and disturbing. »

« Check-in was supposed to be at 3pm, we got there at 5pm and our room still wasnt ready! Waited over another hour for it to be cleaned. The bathroom by the pool had poop everywhere 😳 and there is a indoor pool that is "supposed "to be heated, however it felt like a ice bath! Horrible. No towels in there.the hotel manger Ravi Srivastava just sat around playing on his phone all day. »

« We were back in town to watch our daughter (class of 2019 from IUP) present at Geoscience Day as an alumni. We had another great experience. Our room rate included breakfast, so we had one day of ordering off the menu & the next day was the buffet. Both days had really good breakfasts! Our room was clean & quiet. The room was serviced while we were gone. The best part of our stay was Anastasia...she went above & beyond to connect with our daughter & actively asked how her presentation...
