« Relaxing and enjoyable stay! Would definitely go back, maybe in the fall for the leavesStream behind house was my favorite spot to sit and drink coffee in the morning, wine in the afternoon. Lots to do, maybe a 30 minute drive. We fished, went to several caves & wineries. Definitely checkout the natural chimneys!! »

« Beautiful property and views. Stayed overnight with my Shepherd as we traveled back home on a long trip. Great open property to walk with my dog. Large basement rental with large kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. Plenty of TVs too! Being a basement rental, I could hear the family walking around upstairs so keep that in mind if it bothers you. Private gated entrance, nice patio, and private entrance to basement. Was able to see an amazing sunset over the valley and nearby mountains and then...

« The abode is located in the basement of a very nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It has a private entrance, very spacious living room and a small kitchenette. There was plenty of towels provided as well as an ironing board/iton, broom and vacuum. Since it is in the lower level of a home, you do have the noise of people above you but it was very quiet at night and in the early morning.It snowed while we were visiting and the host was so kind he cleared our walkway too. We would definitely stay...

« Our family was in town for a wedding and chose this home because the hosts allowed bigger dogs and the property had a fenced yard. We were impressed with how well they have kept up this old farmhouse. The bedrooms and closets were spacious, and the beds were comfortable. »

« Really cute place! The kitchen is well-equipped, the king-sized bed is very comfy, and the hot tub on the deck was sparkling clean and SO relaxing. Lovely view of the surrounding mountains, and the location is halfway between two of the Shenandoah National Park entrance stations, so it's very convenient. One note: based on the size of the shower and the tightly-spaced upstairs bathroom, this would not be a good choice for tall visitors! »

« The stay was amazing. For being on a farm, the place is virtually spotless. Very clean. Super easy check in. The easiest check in ever. Lisa is a great host and you reallt feel welcomed. She knows a ton about each horse as well. The house was cool. You could easily communicate with each other anywhere in the house with a light yell but yet had enough space to relax. Theres no wifi and a tv. We didnt use it. We spent a ton of time walking around. Enjoying the kittens and horses. The river was...
