Upon arrival, the house could have been a little cleaner. The trash wasn’t taken out and for supplies, instead of 13 gallon trash bags, there were random Walmart bags, no dish detergent, dirty/used dish scrubbers. The hand soaps in the kitchen/bathrooms were empty/super liquified as if water was placed in each bottles to prolong each bottle. To top it off, the listing stated several times that a pool table was available. Unfortunately, there was not. Also, the living room TV was broken so we were unable to watch our shows we had all planned to watch together. All this put a damper on our Christmas reunion. The manager was nice and attempted to fix the situation by delivering us basic needed supplies /treats, and even delivering a TV. But by the time the TV arrived (delayed after two attempts due to the holidays, which is understandable), our 3 day stay was over. Again the Manager/Owner tried their hardest to make our stay comfortable which was much appreciated, but it would have been nice to update the listing (broken pool table that was taken away prior to our visit) or have basic amenities. Regardless…we made the best of it and still had a great time together. Thank you for your hospitality.
