Very nice condo for a family of 4

It was really nice to have 2 separate bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen. The views were great and being right on the beach will be fantastic when the weather is nice. The high tides left very little beach to walk and stay on but the pool area was nice and convenient. The owners even had beach equipment for us to use if we would have needed it. It was also nice to have an indoor garage space!

The unit was nice, they were mitigating something. Many spackleholes about 4 inches above the baseboards . We were not allowed to use the balcony due to construction. We were told we would be able to use the balcony. They put a board across the sliding glass door which we were told would be removed that never happen. The property manager was very nice. This unit should not have been rented to us. We booked this trip in early February was told construction would be done in the fall of 2024. This an ocean front condo. Needed Vacation

Enjoyed my stay. My two daughters and their families had units in the building, so it was nice to all be together. Definitely will consider coming back next year in 2025. Unit was spacious and access to the beach was good.

Pretty and spacious

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had plenty of space within the condo. The bedrooms had very comfortable beds, nice size closets, and dressers. Bathrooms were clean, no bugs, soap scum, or mold. There was some construction going on during our stay but it was barely noticed since we were gone most of the day. Pool was a nice touch and the beach showers were great. My only complaint would be that the keys used to enter the building, garage, and gate to the beach stuck all the time and getting the key out was a struggle. I would give this place a 4 and a half star rating and would definitely stay here again.

Like the advertisement states, "the best value and view beachside Daytona Beach

I was a little skeptical at first, but very glad that I took the chance and booked a few days for my brother and me to visit our ailing father for Father's Day. It was great to watch Pelicans floating literally 5 - 10 yards by the 14th story balcony, awesome sunrises and the perfect location. The host Lucas gave us a heads up about potential construction noise but we didn't hear a peep! Lucas makes the check in process super easy as well. Thanks Lucas, we will be back most definitely. Thank you for allowing us to book your VRBO!

Family Vacation and AAU Gymnastics Nationals

Our family flew in to Daytona Beach for our oldest daughter to compete at the AAU Gymnastics Nationals meet and we turned it into a week long family vacation. The condo was exactly as expected based on the listing description and photos. While there was construction happening during our stay (which we were well aware of before booking thanks to the honesty and proactive communication we received from Lucas), it did not interfere with our stay at all. Location is great, right between the pier and Publix so you aren’t far from the action but far enough to enjoy a semi private beach experience.

Adventures in the sand

The veiw was AMAZING!!! The condo was soo spacious and Beautiful. We had 2 adults and 3 teenage girls. All of the beds were so comfortable. (All memory Foam.) We were so close to everything. The Beach sand was so soft. (Not very many shells though. Only in the morning.) The condo was very clean. My advance though. A broom so moms can sweep the floors if we need to. Also a ceiling fan for the master bed room or a big fan of some sorts. It only has one vent. And it got very warm. I did have to go buy a small fan. But I like to sleep in a cooler environment. (Hot Flashes) Also the only TV that has cable is the living room. But it was okay we just hooked up to our apps in the bedrooms when we was watching tv in the bedrooms.We was mostly out doing things. Over all. It was a amazing time.

Nice Daytona Stay

Our stay was great! We had everything we needed from the condo itself. Apparently there are other RESIDENTS in this condo that aren't a big fan of condos being rented out as there was 1 woman specifically that was full of complaints of children having fun in the pool. As long as she wasn't around our stay was fantastic. We were pleasantly surprised that there was various beach gear in the parking garage for us to use and the being right on the beach was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our trip to Daytona Beach, and for us the location of this condo was perfect. There were so many positives about this condo, and we would definitely stay here again.The unit we stayed in was nice, much bigger than we expected. The views were great. I do have a couple of suggestions for making it even better. Our main issue with the unit was the lack of fans in the bedrooms. The ac would cool the main part of the unit, but without fans the air didn't circulate well in the other rooms. I understand that ceiling fans may not be allowed, but a box fan would have been sufficient. I would suggest having a few throw rugs in the bedrooms, small ones beside the beds for dusting feet before getting into bed. I would also suggest including the cost of operating the coin operated washer/dryer available on the floor in the description of the unit so people can plan ahead. With young children I have to wash clothes at least once during the week and this information would have been helpful.

Much needed getaway

We really enjoyed our stay in Daytona Beach. The condo was clean and exactly as the pictures showed. The view was the best part of the condo, I could sit our there for days! We walked the ocean everyday. Daytona Beach has been one of the nicest beaches we've stayed on to date. We will definitely be coming back.
