Enjoy two king bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom shower. Full guest bathroom. This 2-bedroom 2-bath 1,275sqft split floor plan was remodeled in 2021 when the building was modernized following hurricane Matthew. The unit Includes complete furnishings, wi-fi, in-unit washer/dryer, full kitchen and smart TVs with cable in every room.

Pool and deck maintenance notice:

Please be aware that Peck Plaza will be undergo a deck resurfacing project to improve appearance and protect the concrete structure.

Work on the upper deck starts 11/09/26 then moves to the lower deck. The pools and hot tub are expected to be closed until Christmas. During this first phase, the lower deck will remain open for lounging and beach access, so guests can still enjoy the beach and ocean.

Work dates are estimates and may change as work progresses. There may be daytime equipment noise during weekdays. Please consider these temporary amenity closures when booking your stay. Thank you for your understanding.

Communal pool, gym, club level rooms, building deck and direct beach access stairs are open. Beach access also available by footpath on south side of property.

Peck Plaza, built in 1974, retains much of its historic charm with the 29th floor restaurant and unique, low-clearance parking garage.

A starter kit of household essentials is provided, including trash bags, laundry pods, dish detergent pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. Additional supplies are the guest’s responsibility.

Guests have a central point of contact with Daytona Oceanfront Rentals and will also meet a host at check-in for a building tour prior to key transfer.

Building management require a hosted check-in. A trusted host will reach out by SMS text prior to check-in to coordinate your arrival. Guests are responsible for prompt and courteous communication with the host.

The check-in time is an appointment with the host and guests that miss their appointment may have a delay until a new host can be scheduled.

Normal check-in is from 4:00PM to 8:00PM EST. Late check-in from 8:00PM-12:00AM EST will incur a $100 service fee payable in cash onsite to the host prior to key transfer.

No check-in is allowed from 12:00AM-10:00AM EST.

Guests are required to return a registration form providing mobile contact number, home address, car model & license plate number and names of unit occupants. This information is filed with the respective building management office to provide to first responders in case of emergency. Guests must also provide this information to receive parking passes and to coordinate with the check-in host prior to arrival.

Includes two parking spaces, one in the parking garage (6' max. ceiling) and the other in the adjacent, uncovered north parking lot.

Trailers are not allowed onsite. Please text after booking, but prior to arrival to inquire about rented offsite trailer parking.

No smoking allowed anywhere in the unit, including the balcony. If the unit is required to be deodorized due to smoking, there will be an additional $300 deep cleaning fee charged plus you could be liable for any lost rents from subsequent guests.

No pets of any kind allowed.

Building rules require guests to wear cover ups, shirts, & shoes in all common areas. No student groups & minimum age of primary guest is 25.

Children under 12 must be supervised at all times.

No ADA accessible features installed in condo.

Crib and high-chair must be requested in advance. We have 2-sets that are assigned as requested.
