The owners acted like will were stupid for letting them know what we found dirty, broken, or missing at check-in. We had to replace the batteries in the deadbolt so it was usable, the master bedroom mirror is cracked, there was lots of mildew in the second shower, microwave and refrigerator had food all over the inside of them, ceiling fans hadn't been cleaned in months, the recliner is peeling bad, several lights that were missing bulbs or not working, there isn't any umbrellas or telescope, cabinets have a door falling off and some chips on others, the ceiling fans are improperly wired, and this was the icing on top of the cake there was construction right next to our bedroom. The owners notified us of window replacement that was going on and that we would see workers on the property. Not once did they say they would be jackhammering the walls out to put in bigger windows. Once again trying to make it out to be our fault for not knowing what they meant instead of what they said. Have to say these were the worst owners I have dealt with. The only time anyone came to the condo was to change the batteries in the lock that the owners had me change. Not one thing was addressed. So I don't know what has happened to the owners after reading the other reviews. They didn't offer any compensation for all the problems we had. Very disappointed!
