„This home was exceptionally well furnished in every way but particularly the kitchen and numerous lake-activity items. The only negative was the A/C distribution which made the basement rooms exceptionally chilly. Also... sadly, there was construction noise from two nearby projects as well as next door that really impacted the hoped for peace and quiet of a lakeside visit.“

„The room was clean and comfortable though it smelled weird. We had a hell of a time finding the place because it was dark, the sign by the road was hard to see AND the name had changed. It is no longer called Great Northern Inn. To be fair the place was as tidy as can be when in the middle of huge remodel. We came down for breakfast at 8 only to find the food scarce and very limited. So if you’re hoping for a nice continental breakfast you’ll be disappointed. There was also a LOT of slamming ...

„The staff was more than accommodating to check us in early and get our room ready for our visit. What we really appreciated about the room was that, for a double bed, it was in a separate room than the bathroom and living area. This allowed one of us to stay up late to watch tv while the other went to bed...and the early riser not to disturb the later riser with early morning wake ups. Not many hotels/motels offer this opportunity...and we were grateful for it!“
