„We absolutely loved our stay here! We are college counselors and were in Delaware for a visit to Ohio Wesleyan University, and this adorable home was the perfect place to stay. It was charming, comfortable, welcoming, and felt like a little home away from home.If you’re visiting OWU, you really couldn’t ask for a better location. „This worked for what we needed. We weren’t at the house besides sleeping.. The inside of the house was remolded and cute for an old farmhouse but the outside could use some work. Most of the outlets upstairs are loose. Getting into the house was easy“

„This stay was a blast! We enjoyed our stay and the spookiness!“

„Had everything we needed. Could have held lots more people. A little less than a mile walk to a great downtown! All was well.“

„The hosts were so very kind. They graciously accommodated shifting schedules. They were extremely responsive when I had questions. The house was charming and the location was perfect for walking down to the farmer’s market.“

„Great stay in Downtown Delaware! Very walkable area that includes the beautiful campus of Ohio Wesleyan. Great meal and coffee options within a few short blocks, plus specialty shops. Owners are conscientious and responsive. Steps to the unit could challenge some visitors. Be sure to get parking instructions.“

„Really nice place. Kept a lot of original building character. Seating and beds very comfortable. Be prepared for street noise and a little bar sound. White noise did help though.“
