We were on a fly fishing trip but rain run off made it tough. House is.close to Delta restaurants, Black Canyon, & Grand Mesa. Lots to do if you don’t fish. Would not hesitate to come back.“

„Adorable little cabin, super comfy bed and a porch with a beautiful view. Only downfall was the traffic noise from the highway but this also meant it was easy access to hit the road and head to the great outdoors. I would definitely book here again.“

„Nice home in a neat location outside of Montrose. Central to lots of different activities- Ute Indian Museum, Ouray Hot Springs Pool, Ridgway State Park, Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Check-in process and communication were excellent. House had all the things we needed for a great stay.“

„Cabin was so cute and had the essentials including towels for the showers. Right on the creek - it was nice to listen to and see deer walking in the evenings. Would definitely stay here again!“

„What a beautiful house in a perfect setting for astrophotography. I had 4 nights of new moon or no moon skies, totally clear of clouds. Truly a dark skies dream. We will definitely come back to enjoy the wonderful place.“

„All the items in the yard were spread out everywhere it would be better if they were all consolidated into a cabinet-type area so that you just didn't have to walk around every little thing. There was no mirror in the yard which would be nice to have, there was a sleeper sofa but there was no bedding for the sofa which we used good thing I had something in my vehicle.
