„The harbour view is spectacular and uncomeparable we , a family of four, loved it very much. The Lobby atmosphere is lovely, the rooms are spacious and well equipped, the marble bathrooms are very elegant. The Shangri-La Hotel Kowloon was a real upgrade to our Hongkong Trip“

„Again a very pleasant stay. Staff is very nice and helpful. Breakfast has a huge selection and was tasty. The main reason I go there every time I’m in Hong Kong, is just the perfect location above Mongkok MRT. The only thing that should be changed in some time: the rooms are rather dated. Don’t get me wrong, everything is fully functioning but you can spot the time. The rooms should just get a fresh, lighter and brighter look. But besides that, I’m going there next time as well. “

„Very nice hotel indeed, but breakfast for children is a rip-off => too expensive ca. 70 Euro per Day for 8 and 9 year old. Hotel family room included only breakfast for two adults. Would no recommend again because was not transparent while booking. “

„First of all, the hotel has a great location. There's a metro (MTR) station just a few meters away. The hotel itself is well-maintained, with small but comfortable rooms, good service, and good amenities. You can grab a bite to eat on the rooftop terrace, but the prices are quite high. We would book it again.“
