It offers two well-appointed bedrooms—one with a comfortable double bed and the other equipped with two twin single beds—as well as a private balcony where you can step outside to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening while taking in the sea breeze.

Guests have full, exclusive access to the entire apartment and its balcony. As part of the complex, you will also enjoy full access to the beautiful shared swimming pool, sunbathing areas, and a dedicated parking space inside the gated grounds. Detailed check-in instructions and access codes will be provided prior to your arrival.

Situated in a peaceful residential area of Dénia, the property places you within easy reach of the Mediterranean Sea. You are just a short walk from Playa Marineta Casiana and the stunning, rocky coves along the Les Rotes coastline. The vibrant town center and historic Dénia Port—filled with seaside restaurants, cozy cafés, and local shops—are approximately 1 km away, offering a great mix of local culture and relaxed coastal living.

Local Transit: The Las Marinas bus line stops nearby on the main coastal road, offering quick and cheap rides directly into central Dénia and the harbor area.

Regional Travel: The main Dénia Bus Station and TRAM station are easily accessible by taxi or local bus, providing direct transport links across the Costa Blanca to Alicante and Valencia.

Note: This apartment is for short-term rental. It is not available for tourist purposes. A signed contract is required.


We provide basic amenities for your first stay: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. If you require additional cleaning or linens, please let us know; we will gladly provide them for an extra charge.


Self check-in. Physical keys must be collected at a Keynest partner store near the accommodation. Check-in is from 3:00 PM (early check-in upon request). You will receive the pick-up code and instructions a few days before your arrival, once you have completed the arrival form.


There is a zero-tolerance smoking policy on the property, but guests may smoke in outdoor areas if the accommodation has them. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (for example, smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum penalty of €200 for smoking.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of utilities will apply with a limit of €80.

Extra keys: according to availability, in case of loss a penalty will be applied according to the cost of the copy.

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
