Sloan`s Lake, Highlands, Empower Field, Meow Wolf, and Downtown Denver are all just a short drive away, while rideshare services are readily available throughout the neighborhood. Denver International Airport is approximately 35–45 minutes away depending on traffic.

QUIET HOURS
This home is located in a residential community, and we kindly ask guests to be considerate of neighbors at all times. Parties and events are not permitted.

SMOKING
Smoking and vaping of any kind, including cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana, are strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a minimum $1,000 remediation fee.

PETS
No pets are permitted.

PARKING
There is parking available for 2 of vehicles and additional street parking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
** For the safety of our guests and the property, exterior security cameras are installed and monitor the outside entrances and exterior areas only. There are no interior cameras.**

OCCUPANCY
Reservations may be subject to additional guest fees. Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the total number of guests.

EARLY CHECK-IN
Early check-in may be requested on the day of arrival through your digital guest guide. Requests are subject to availability and the cleaning team`s schedule. If approved, a $50 early check-in fee applies.

LATE CHECK-OUT
Late check-outs are not permitted. Our cleaning teams operate on carefully scheduled timelines, and guests must vacate the property by the designated check-out time. Unauthorized late check-out will result in a $125 fee.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, including toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. For extended stays, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

BELONGINGS
Please ensure you don`t leave anything behind at checkout! There is a fee of $30 plus shipping to have items sent to you after departure.

OWNER STORAGE
Any locked closets, cabinets, or storage areas are reserved for the owner and are not accessible to guests.

PROPANE
We do not keep propane or firewood stocked for liability reasons, we recommend checking that the tank doesn`t need to be filled if you plan to use any amenities requiring propane during your stay. If you do need to get the tank refilled please let us know and we`d be happy to reimburse you!
