MAIN FLOOR: The main floor of this spacious Bohemian home boasts a renovated kitchen, a living room, dining room, and a half bathroom. The living room features a full-size couch, and a flat screen TV with streaming options.
The kitchen is roomy enough for a family or group to cook and dine together with a dining table, chairs, and stools for the kitchen island.
UPSTAIRS: The master suite on this level is spacious and includes a king size bed, a dresser, nightstands, a huge walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom has a separate vanity and sink area from the shower/tub combo and toilet.
Bedroom #2, designed for children, is located just off the master bedroom or accessed via a back staircase, and features a twin over full bunk bed, a play tent, a pack n play, and ample play space.
Bedrooms #3 and #4 each have a king-size bed, a closet, nightstands, and black-out curtains.
The hallway bathroom on this floor includes a shower/tub combo, toilet, and sink, with toiletries provided.
DOWNSTAIRS: The downstairs living area features a dartboard, foosball table, board games, and a flat-screen TV.

Nice Place/Good Location
The property is just like it was described and pictured. The location is pretty good for the Denver area. Most of the activities on our agenda were 15 to 20 minutes away and there was convenient shopping to stock the fridge nearby.

Overall our stay was fine. The home is fairly large and we had room for everyone on our trip. This home needs attention in some areas. Carpeting in upper bedrooms and stairs is in need of a big cleaning. The bed unit opposing the master is metal and squeaks with every movement. The main floor and kitchen was clean. Most pots and pans need replaced. Many are scratched and the flat skillet is warped. The laundry room has plenty of space and machines work well. But it’s full of cobwebs along the rafters - it needs a big clean up. We liked the quiet neighborhood and it’s an easy drive to where we needed to stay. Overall the stay was decent. A Big cleanup is needed.

Good stay, but a few things to know.
We stayed here with family members. Lots of room, good location, quiet street, comfortable beds. Loved being able to use the garage. Carpets are old and need to be replaced. A few things to note- make sure you know how many people are included in the base rate. One would think that such a large house would have a base rate that includes several people but it appears we were upcharged for everyone over two people. Also, the listing says there are 4 full bathrooms. There are not. There are 2 full bathrooms and 2 half baths (toilet and sink only).This created a problem when 8 people were wanting to shower and get ready. We worked it out, but would have been nice to have an accurate description.

Clarify Charges and Expectations
The location and neighborhood were excellent. Upon receiving the invoice and before the full cancellation date, get full clarification from the host on itemized charges especially regarding their Base Rate to avoid a Guest charge. The property easily accommodates 11 guests as stated but the price quoted was for a Base Rate of 6. We were 9 guests and were charged $270. 00 for the 3 people in our party that exceeded the Base. The Guest Charge was itemized at the time of payment and reservation however I did not examine the details of the invoice until days before arrival. Also, discuss the standards of cleaning and amenities provided. We showered with shampoo the first night until we were able to purchase soap and toilet paper the next day. Aside from the kitchen and bathrooms, there was accumulated dust in several areas. Last, note and advise the host of any prior damages to make sure you are not held responsible.

Family gathering for a local event
The house is located in an upscale neighborhood, close to the baseball fields where our grandson plays in his Summer Leagues at Carol Butts Park. We were traveling with the family of our less than two year old granddaughter and found walking to the park to play on their playgrounds and see the ducks on the lake to be quite a good morning activity. The house itself is very spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for feeling right at home. Upstairs the playroom off the master bedroom was perfect for our granddaughter to play with their toys, and would have slept older grandchildren the bunkbed. We did have to be careful of toddlers tumbling down the stairs. Another really great place for older kids is the basement game room with the foosball table and dart board. The twin beds in the basement bedroom would be great for a couple of older kids to spread out and claim the game area for themselves (though you'd have to send them upstairs for a shower). Upstairs the king sized beds in each of the three bedrooms are quite comfortable. The dining/living area of the main floor is a suitable hangout for meals and visiting with the adults.

Family Friendly Getaway
I am from Colorado originally but live in Chicago with my husband and children (6 year old and 5 month old). This place is bigger than it looks with plenty of space to accommodate 4 adults, 3 kids and a baby. The decor is beautiful and welcoming. The bedrooms were decent size with plenty of closet space and laundry baskets! The master bedroom is massive. We set up our pack and play for the baby and had the older kids stayed in the just as massive loft which is attached to the master bedroom and has its own separate staircase. The beds were super comfortable as well. Bathrooms were clean and stocked with tissues, lotion, shampoo/conditioner and body wash. The water pressure was great and the water temperature is nice and hot. There were plenty of towels available to use. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all a great size for larger groups. The kitchen was fully stocked with essentials (spices, oil, coffee, tea, dish soap, new sponge, trash bags, etc) which is much appreciated when traveling with a bigger group! There is a smart TV in the living room with many popular streaming services. Not all had access readily available but this wasn't a big deal for us as we did not watch much TV during our visit. The basement is big with TV, couch and bean bag chairs. The foosball table is great and was a hit with the kids. There are books, building blocks and board games available to use as well. There is a washer and dryer in the basement that was clean and stocked with laundry soap and dryer sheets. Again, a much appreciated amenity when traveling with children! Check in/out was smooth - all contactless. We never figured out the code for the garage however we found a garage door opener that worked fine for us. Parking is pretty tight so you will definitely need to use the two car garage and/or driveway to park. We did not use the backyard so we cannot comment on the outdoor amenities. The main living space is a bit dark but the upstairs has plenty of natural light which is nice. The master bathroom had some drainage issues with the sink and bathtub but this was not a big deal for us. The neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within a few minutes' drive. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to use this property as our rental whenever we are in town from here on out!
