My husband and I and our adult sons and partners loved our stay in this beautiful home. We were in Denver for a wider family reunion and this home was the perfect spot for the 6 of us to enjoy our own smaller gathering . The house is spacious, well lit with natural light (and lamps) & thoughtfully and tastefully furnished. The beds are very comfortable & the kitchen well equipped.There are a number of different areas to gather and talk or watch TV. We enjoyed breakfast and conversation on the backyard covered deck adjacent to mature trees. Bryan was helpful and accommodating. We would be happy to return for another stay.

Great location

Very comfortable home. Nice privacy for everyone with 3 different living areas. Location to the Cherry Creek trail and other amenities was great. Hot tub was such a bonus after long days out.

Family Thanksgiving

Stayed for a family Thanksgiving and unfortunately the furnace stopped working. Bryan was very responsive and came over the first night to get it running. Called someone on Thanksgiving day when it stopped working in the night. Other than that it was a very nice stay. The hot tub was wonderful.

Trip to mountains

House was specious and clean. Kitchen has all basic stuff to cook a meal, living room has large and comfortable couches and bedrooms have comfy mattresses for a good night sleep. Nice backyard with hot tub to enjoy. Would definitely stay again.

All in all this was a very nice property. We had a bit of a snafu with the entry code and the AC, but Bryan was pretty good about taking care of these things. We’d book again.

We were very satisfied with this "Sanctuary in the City'. The house has many added touches that make it very homey and inviting with little nooks for people to get comfortable in. The backyard was the same way with well established landscaping that made it feel like home. Brian was very responsive to my inquiries and requests! We would definitely stay there again. Just a note...the air conditioning does cool the downstairs considerably when getting the upstairs to a comfortable temperature.

Perfect spot in Virginia Village/Glendale/Cherry Creek

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is lovely - beautifully decorated and clean. The outdoor space is amazing. The backyard is perfectly manicured, peaceful, and private. While we didn’t use the hot tub, it looked very mece as well. All in all, this was a great spot to stay with easy access to all of what Denver has to offer.
