„The hotel has a good location and for the value is just okay. Although, they have to really improve their service, especially in the reception. The frontliner should and must learn to be courteous and mindful. They are working in hospitality industry, they have to learn the basics. As for the breakfast, pretty the same everyday. „First off, there's not really any parking. The area is very busy and very noisy at all hours. There is no elevator. The shower drain was clogged and we had to take our showers very fast. Our 6 year old spilled some chocolate milk on the bed, I was charged 500 pesos for a "cleaning fee" to wash bed sheets they needed to wash anyway. Definitely would not recommend.“
