Very charming and cozy and equipped with everything needed to make our stay comfortable. An unexpected bottle of wine was left on the counter to welcome us was a lovely touch of hospitality. Equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Beds and furnishings were comfortable. We will definitely keep this in mind for future bookings.

Fabulous location, wonderful view, house very well appointed and we felt very welcomed. Not sure which part we enjoyed most, the crow's nest with the breathtaking views, or the incredible gardens out by the jacuzzi and deck. We will return! Thank you for being the hosts with the most.

Beautiful beach house!

We've stayed at this property twice now and both times were amazing! The location is perfect. Excellent veiw of the beach and just a short walk down to the beach. The neighborhood is quiet and there is a nice cute small cafe nearby to get coffee, ice cream and breakfast\lunch.The bigger cities are just a short drive away, so you can do some sightseeing and shopping. Depot Bay has some great charter boats to go whale watching or fishing. The house is a very nice, large beach house. The house was very clean and had everything you'd need. The hot tub sadly wasnt heating properly this second time we stayed here so that was a bummer. Also, the jets in the tub in the master bath were not working. But everthing else outweighed those two minor issues! This is the perfect vacation rental if you're planning a trip for this area!

Wonderful expected visit

My wife and I passed by the Bella Beach neighborhood 4 years back. We discovered this beautiful neighborhood through stopping for coffee at the local breakfast cafe. We promised ourselves we would return with our kids and recently we had the pleasure of visiting again for 4 days out of our 10 day vacation. Everything was wonderful. The neighborhood is adorable. The views from the home are perfect. And we enjoyed the local beach which is a short walk away. My son spent all his downtime in the 4th floor panoramic viewing room “Eyefull Tower.” We appreciate the memories! Thank you!

Wonderful beach house for the whole family!

A lovely home in a picturesque beach community! House was well stocked and it was great for our groups of 5, adults and kids. Plenty of places for everyone to sleep and the kids loved the little nook bed in the living room and the “eyeful tower”. Views of the ocean from every deck and most of the windows. This home isn’t on the beach, but it is steps away! The location was great for all of the activities we wanted to do (whale watching in Depoe Bay and kayaking, hiking and shopping in Lincoln City). This home was a great starting off point and a great place to come home and relax at the end of the day! The management quickly answered all of our questions, although we really didn’t have many, everything was spelled out in the digital manual and helpful signage in the home.

Love the 3rd floor!

Super cozy place. Well appointed kitchen. I loved watching football from the "daytime nap bed" as we called it on the living room. Beds were comfortable, and there was a red chair in the living room that was so comfortable we raced to see who could get it first. Short walk to the beach, and so many dogs in the neighborhood! Small coffee shop within walking distance, and about the same distance into town, or to Lincoln City. Hot tub was very relaxing and seemed well maintained. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a beautiful place to stay. Very clean, plenty of linens, and kitchen utensils. It was handy to dry our things after using the spacious hot tub. I would recommend some type of outdoor lighting as when we checked in it was very dark and we could not see so had to use our flashlight on our phones. The grill had just two of the three burners working but we managed. We thought the coffee pot was a K-cup kind as stated so we brought our own coffee but could not use them in the pot. Overall a very good experience and would stay again.

House near the beach

The house was clean and comfortable. I was surprised at all the stairs. I do not think this house is approiate for the elderly. We found out we could not use the garage. There was not clear instructions on how to turn on the fireplace. We would stay again now that we know of these things.

Beautiful escape

Family of 5, includinge my mother-in-law, my spouse, and a 4 y/o and 8 y/o children. The location is wonderful, in a quiet community of what seems like mostly rentals. The beach is just steps away, and we could see the ocean from the property's balcony. The house was as advertised, except that the photos show a foosball table that was not there when we stayed. There was a bin of beach toys, which the kids loved, and two beach chairs. Make sure to bring your own chairs if you have more than two adults in your party. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after a full day with the kids. The property was great, we had a wonderful time, and would stay here again.

Nice location, needs better tending

We loved the location and the house was really cute. When we got there the upstairs was too hot and some of the windows had no screens so when we opened them we had a lot of mosquitoes. We had a map that didn't work in the birds nest and the gaming system was not connected. The handy man that came in the morning said all of that should have been checked but it hadn't. Just a heads up that it should be looked into because sometimes people are only staying a couple of days and don't have time to enjoy the space.

Perfect Getaway

This house is located in a neighborhood that is nicely landscaped with great views of the ocean from both decks and lookout tower. Beach access is very close. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Had a quaint park for children in the neighborhood. We also enjoyed access to a coffee/pastry shop closeby. Nicely located between Lincoln City and Depoe Bay.

Whale watching.

We needed to do something memorable for summer so I planned this at the last minute with the goal of whale watching and beach time. We loved the beach access, the house, and the whales. This trip knocked it out of the park. The house was perfect. We’ll be back.

Top notch property manager--solved a minor issue instantly! Be aware of the tide schedule since this beach virtually disappears during high tide. I'd most definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay

A very nice place with room for all. I was worried about privacy along the main drag to the beach, but this place was private and had a nice cozy feel. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and hot tub was very nice and clean. Loved the view as well!
