« The ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didnât work. There wasnât one on the 1st floor. I take medication that needs to be chilled.
Reported a broken lamp after checking into the room , I took a picture. The girl at the front desk seemed uninterested and couldnât be bothered. Upon check out the broken lamp was mentioned to another girl, showed her the same picture, and she said there was no work order to fix it. But she would take care of it.
First visit and it was really underwhelming...

« Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Plenty of parking available.
Breakfast served and it was good for a hotel breakfast.
Our room (king bed) was clean and comfortable. All the amenities we needed were provided.
Shower was very nice and enjoyable.
There are restaurants nearby. There is also Walmart and Samâs Club in walking distance.
My only complaint was the pool. It was cold, and it felt like it never cleaned. Couldn't use it. »
