« No Wi-Fi connection in room. 3 night stay, didn’t get much sleep. Poor installation, could hear everything in adjacent rooms. Packed up in the middle of the 3rd night and drove home. »

« What a wonderful place. The tranquility and ambiance is absolutely stunning. We stayed in the Jade room and it was just perfect. The outdoor tub is amazing! The outside mattress is perfect for star gazing. The view from this room is just breathtaking. Nestled just one mile from the entrance to Joshua Tree, this little piece of heaven is worth staying at. We will be back! »

« The property was great. So close to the DIHP where we were showing our horses. House had plenty of room for us, even our 2year old daughter. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions. I would certainly stay again when I am in the area. »

« Very nice place to relax and rest during my recent visit to see family. The space was clean, pleasantly decorated and peaceful. Plenty of parking on the street and a great backyard with nice amenities. I would definitely stay here again! »

The location is perfect—close to 2 great golf courses and a short drive or bike ride into downtown Palm Springs. The outdoor amenities are picture perfect. Our Host is amazing. « The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again. »
