Prior to our arrival, we asked the property management company if we could store our luggage somewhere in the complex because of the large gap between check in/check out and arrival/departures, unfortunately there wasn't anything they offered us. Luckily, on the day of arrival we were able to check into the property a few hours early without any extra charge - that was very appreciated!
Upon arrival, we noticed several things throughout the house that felt a little less clean than we're used to. We found a dried contact on a bathroom floor, there was dirt/trash under the beds, the towels were stained and had hair still on them, the door handle on the freezer was broken, walking without shoes the first day throughout the house (before hitting the beach) our feet were black from the floors not being thoroughly cleaned. This was disappointing especially because it is called out that check out is at 10am because they have such high cleaning standards between guests.
We were only supplied with two trash bags for a 4 night, 5 day stay. As a customer, I really don't want to have to buy trash bags for future guests. That shouldn't be my responsibility, especially when trash bags are so inexpensive. We were also surprised to find that there was no generic shampoo/conditioner supplied nor were the pillows throughout the house of any quality/felt clean. We made things work throughout our stay but small gestures like these would have gone a long way, especially when other rental companies and private rental owners make these things a standard amenity.
The location was perfect and everything we did during our stay was within 2 miles from us. Access to the beach was perfect and the pool was the perfect temperature.
I think if there were a few more small amenities for guests and the standard of cleanliness was better - this would have been a place I would recommend to others/book again.
