Enjoyable Stay!

We had a *mostly* great stay in this unit! Beach access was great, the location is a favorite for us, and the unit itself was very enjoyable. Our ONLY complaint was the smoking policy at the condominium. Because the unit is on the top floor, we unfortunately had tenants below that smoked literally all day long, and the smoke inevitably floated to our balcony, making the balcony almost unusable. For us, having a balcony is always a must on our trips so we can enjoy the beach into the evening, but that was not the case this time. We did speak to the office manager, and they advised HOA policy allowed smoking on the balcony and beach. (We also asked to move chairs at the beach due guests smoking next to our kids - one of whom is asthmatic). I know smoking isn’t a deal breaker for many (normally including us), but in this case, there wasn’t more than a 5 minute period where we could enjoy the balcony without inhaling smoke. Again, the unit itself was great and we enjoyed that aspect very much!

Great Family Vacation!

Communication prior to our stay and durning was great! We were able to get into the property a few hours early, which we greatly appreciated. The property was clean and has everything we needed. The location was awesome and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach and the beauty of the Gulf!

This was an amazing place to stay.

We really enjoyed this place. We were on the third floor but the elevator was not that far of a walk. We were in the very end of the building and the elevator was in the middle of building. We liked our chairs and umbrella in front of our condo so we could watch what was going on from our balcony. You could hear the ocean from our balcony. It was just perfect!! Beds were so comfortable that we all kept sleeping more than we wanted. Thank you for this amazing experience.

Beach vacation

Best location and best beach access in Destin! We loved the corner until with extra windows! This allowed us to watch fireworks off of the balcony more than one night! We loved being able to walk down to Camille’s for coffee and breakfast.

Ideal location!

We had 7 adults and 3 kids and we were comfortable. It is crazy close to the beach and with it not being a huge complex the beach wasn’t crowded. Can’t wait to stay here again next year!

Amazing views

The views, location, and beach were all outstanding. Loved the beach service and the beach which was not crowded. Kitchen was well stocked and outfitted. Only negative was pillows in bedrooms were not comfortable.

Great experience!

We had a great time! The condo was clean and was able to accommodate all seven of us quite nicely. Even though they aren’t within walking distance, the shopping and dining is just are short drive in either direction on US 98. I will definitely recommend this condo to my friends.

Great location

The condo was just as described. Beautiful view and a perfect location! Very close to Publix , restaurants and anything you might need. We enjoyed the fact that it is also next to Henderson State Park, and therefore, that area of the beach wasn't very crowded. The beach service was very nice and after day one, he had our chairs reserved each morning. Our group of 6 adults and teenagers had plenty of space, but it would definitely be tight with any more. The spiral staircase is something to consider if you have young children or elderly people in your group. Getting a large suitcase up was difficult as well. The only small complaints are the lack of any mirrors in the upstairs bedrooms, and no shelving or hooks in the upstairs shower. Reservations, and check in was extremely easy, and our room was ready early on the day we arrived! Overall, the room was very nice, and the location perfect! We had a wonderful time and would definitely book here again.
