    Please be aware that the Emerald Grande complex is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project. They are currently working on the East Tower and moving onto the West Tower. Additionally, the balcony of W728 will not be usable until that area of work is completed in September 2026. This spacious 3BR/3BA condo features a king master suite with private balcony access, king guest bedroom with a spectacular Crab Island view, a third bedroom with a Queen bed, and queen sleeper sofa plus a single sleeper sofa in the living room to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests. Enjoy eating-in with the fully equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and eat-in bar. Just steps away you will find Harborwalk Village, home to numerous nationally-renowned restaurants, waterfront shopping and nightlife galore.     Emerald Grande is located on the Destin Harbor and offers unbeatable views throughout the complex.  Relax around the large zero entry swimming pool that overlooks the Destin Harbor and East Pass or hop on the beach shuttle for endless fun in the sun. 1st time in Destin and we would absolutely stay here again! The room was amazing, the resort was beautiful, and the Harbor has great restaurants and shops! Gorgeous views too!

We were really impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. Everything was well set up. The beds slept good and plenty of extra pillows and blankets were in closets.

Spacious and relaxing

A group of seven adults stayed in this condo. It was spacious with plenty of balcony space. While the restaurant downstairs could use some updates, the pool area and hot tub were fantastic. The front desk people were absolutely fabulous And friendly. The condo itself is updated, and nice. I would definitely stay there again.

We loved our stay. This was a 3 sister & spouse trip. We watched a wedding while out at the pool, it was beautiful. We shopped on the Harborwalk. We had dinner down while down on the Harborwalk. Had WONDERFUL strawberries with chocolate! Went shopping at the Outlet MallRooms was extremely nice & clean. We had a 3 bedroom 3 bath. Everyone was so helpful & willing to help. My brother-in-law is on a cane & asked, did they happen to have a wheelchair we rent or borrow? And they did!! That was a tremendous help with getting him to the Harborwalk. Thanks to everyone for a fabulous trip! It just didn't last long enough. Til next time! We will be back!

The property and room were very clean, which we appreciated. The view was also beautiful, and the beds were comfortable, making for a relaxing stay in those aspects.However, there were several issues that impacted our overall experience. The noise level was extremely high due to loud music coming from across the street and the harbor, making it difficult for both adults and children to sleep. While we understand this is part of a vacation area, it was still disruptive.Additionally, all three ceiling fans in the rooms made constant squeaking noises and sounded as if they might fall at any moment, which made it hard to relax or sleep. The washer worked well, but the dryer did not function properly—the lint container was broken, causing lint to get all over our clothes, and drying times were excessively long. It clearly needs to be repaired or replaced.The bathtub was also disappointing, as it is not a jacuzzi and drains very slowly. You only get about 10 minutes before needing to add more water.Overall, given the price we paid, these issues were frustrating and affected our stay. Unfortunately, we were not impressed and will likely choose a different company for our next visit.

My baby walked around for 10 minutes and his feet were BLACK. had to go buy a mop and cleaner to clean the floors. spaces were dusty. pillows had brown and yellow staining. towels had black and brown staining. communication with VRBO was terrible and they basically put it on me that it was my fault

Weekend get away with family of 4 and grandparents

Property/parking lot and elevators were very difficult to navigate. Our jammed pack 3 day vacation (with two small kids, and grandparents), We often found ourselves at a standstill, always waiting for something. Restaurants meals, room service, elevators (lots of elevator time), getting our room keys turned off because of a front desk error while checking in two nights before. Condo was the perfect size for our group, with a great view of crab island and amazing sunsets. Furniture was clean and comfortable. However, the floors were disgusting. Our feet were filthy! Which only made me cringe more that my toddler was often sitting and playing on the floor. Location was perfect! Right in the heart of the boardwalk.

Destin Celebration

This place was amazing: clean, comfortable, spacious, and outstanding views. Everything was as listed on the description. We'd definitely go back! Some recommendations (doesn't have to be included in the review): having basic condiments in the kitchen (salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters) would be helpful, as well as some sort of scrubber for pots/pans. We asked at the front desk for coffee filters and was told because we were a third party guest, they could not provide us with filters. Imagine our surprise. When coming in from out of town, we wouldn't want to purchase these items. Makes us want to rent directly from the Emerald Grande than through a third party if guests are not treated the same. Overall, everything else was great!!!

We have stayed at the Emerald Grande numerous times. This room needed some TLC when it came to the appliance’s. There is NO FILTERED WATER on the refrigerator. So be prepared to haul up water bottles. Coffee maker needs to be replaced. All of the setttings are worn off so you can’t event set a timer to make coffee. (Also no Kerig). And the dryer lint tray is worn and bent and will snag and tear your clothes. Ruined two of my shirts and a swimsuit. The Tv in the living room would not CUT OFF, (Unless you unplug it ) and forget about changing channels. And yes we put new batteries in the remote. So if you wanted to find something to watch you had to watch it in the bedrooms. Not my favorite unit to stay in. But it was clean, and did have 3 bedrooms and 3 baths.
