Unité 604-Sea & Sun Gold Condo! Surplombe le golfe du Mexique! Svc GRATUIT

  • Les invités à long terme doivent partir avant le 1er mars pour permettre aux Spring Breakers ... Cette condo en copropriété en bord de mer est situé à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'émeraude. Condo # 604 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit king size dans la chambre principale 42 'TV, deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre d'amis 20' TV et un canapé-lit dans le salon 55 '. Cette unité dispose de trois nouveaux HDTV tous avec des lecteurs de DVD à rayons bleus. L'unité 604 a été rénovée par un designer d'intérieur professionnel. L'unité dispose d'une nouvelle peinture, de nouvelles tuiles, de nouveaux éclairage, de nouveaux meubles et de nouveaux matelas et de literie dans les deux chambres. La salle de bains principale a été entièrement mise à jour avec une belle vanité et une douche à l'italienne au printemps 2015. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs. La plage est à quelques pas et l'unité 604 a une vue directe sur le golfe du balcon privé. Cette unité comprend un ensemble de plage gratuit composé de deux chaises longues et d'un parasol.

Lovely location

The pictures are accurate. You have a great view of the ocean and the walk to the beach takes mere minutes. The location is wonderful and the condo is fantastic. I recommend staying here!

This is our favorite condo at the Islander so far! However, as with every condo we've stayed in at the Islander, our feet are black because the room is not mopped enough or maybe not at all.

It has great views, clean and everything we need. Condo 604 is our yearly place to stay!! You must eat at Maguire's and The Back Porch! They are always first stops for us. Relaxing reset

It was a nice condo. It wasnt the one inreserved. The property management apparently switched us to another condo per the owners request. That was fine but no one bothered to communicate that with us until I boticed the condo number change and had to reach out to make sure everything was okay. Eventually the property management answered me and explained. I have uet to hear anything back from the owners. Then when we got there we discovered that the batteries in our door lock had died and we xouldnt lock our condo if we left. Luckily the front desk lady was helpful and she called maintenance and my handy husband was able to follow his directions over the phone to get it fixed. After that it was smooth sailing though. The condo was and clean and we had a nice relaxing vscation. We really enjoyed the 2 complimentary beach chairs and Allen the chair attendant was great. You should give him a raise! All in all we had a great time and would come back again. Thanks Islander!!

Minutes from Target, Big Kahunas, and plenty of restaurants. The only downside was not having a washer/dryer in the unit but there is a coin laundry on site if necessary. We will definitely book here again next time we’re visiting Destin!

Wonderful stay

Wonderful location, activities each day for kids (but even my teens enjoyed it). Saw dolphins multiple days! Wonderful chair guy Alan made sure we were taken care of on the beach everyday.

The grounds are very pretty and there is lots to do their grill area was very nice and the staff was extremely helpful especially Maggie! We would definitely go back again!! Minus the cramped beach area they had. That is my only complaint.
