Ce condo de vacances en front de mer est situé à Destin, en Floride, le long de la côte d'Émeraude. La location de condo n ° 704 peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes avec un lit king dans la chambre principale, une télévision 32 ', un lit de style queen dans la chambre d'amis et un canapé-lit dans le salon avec une télévision 48'. Cette unité a carrelage partout avec tapis dans les deux chambres. Destin's Beach est à quelques pas avec une vue magnifique depuis votre balcon privé. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs.

Checking in and out was easy and the staff pleasant. The unit was clean and plenty of linens were available. Access to the beach was close as was access to the pools and hot tub. The property was very clean and close to restaurants and fun things to do. We had the BEST time!

Condo was nice BUT old. Chair on balcony was broke. Light in 2nd bedroom would not turn off, had to unplug. Staff was great and helpful!!!!

Perfect for small family or couples for a weeks vacation.

Upon checking in we noticed the floor wasnt swept and very sandy. but other than that the place was very clean . It was newly renovated kitchen had brand new appliances. Everything you could possibly need. You can tell the unit was very old.They do need to rip out old carpet in bed rooms they looked dirty and stained. but other than that everything else was great. The views were spectacular. We would love to stay again .

Wayne was very helpful! I would recommend a K cup coffee maker for convivence and softer throw blankets. One of the blankets felt like a foam material. The location was very coinvent to all the places we went to. I would recommend this place to anyone!

The facility itself was not. The elevator was broken the entire stay. The beach property was so small you had to get up at 6:30am and walk down to reserve a spot. The bathrooms as the pool were broken. I was Extremely disappointed in the overall stay. We stayed here with family, so two other condos were rented along with ours.

Islander Resort Review

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd winter staying at the Islander. The location at the end of Gulf Shores Drive is beautiful with morning walks on the beach, and capturing the sunsets at night. The staff at the complex does an excellent job and they were always willing to assist you with anything that you might need. The Snowbird organization made our stay fun and eventful with pickleball each morning, pool activities every afternoon, and cards, darts, or Happy Hour events each evening. The special events and parties were great fun (Mardi Gras and cookouts with live music). The camaraderie and friendship of the other residents made our stay very memorable. We are looking forward to coming back again next year to catch up with our new friends and establish new traditions. Thanks to all for a great winter getaway.

Limited Beach Space

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was limited beach space and only a few chairs were available facing the ocean. The cost of extra chair setup was double the cost of other codos we have stayed in the area. We realize that inflation is high, but the cost was more than double. Other than this issue, the place was very nice. It is perfect for winter stays but not for families with children or anyone wishing to sit on the beach and watch the ocean. I would not recommend to summer travelers, but I would recommend to winter travelers.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 2nd vacation at the Islander and it was awesome as the 1st. Our property was clean and well maintained throughout our stay. Had a couple of minor issues with the TV and kitchen faucet, that were taken care of immediately.We ate out only once as the kitchen was fantastic and fully functional. Our favorite amenity was the complimentary beach chairs and umbrella every day. We just put our towels on the chairs in the morning, which would reserve the chairs and umbrella for the day! Alan the beach attendant would help us with our wagon, getting it to our chairs and when we left at the end of the day. I lost a speaker on the beach that he recovered and gave it to us the next day! Stores and grocery were only 1 mile away. It is easy access to the Islander as it is on a No Outlet street. I would recommend The Islander to friends and family!!!
