„This is my second time staying at the Pullman. I highly recommend staying at this hotel as they have loads of high quality amenities making our stay very comfortable. Loved the breakfast, lunch and dinner options. The staff is incredibly courteous. A huge thank you to Dolores and Michel Kouame for allowing us to stay a few hours past our checkout time. This facilitated things for us as we were traveling with an 11 month old. “

„I am a big IBIS fan, because you get food value for your money. But this one is an overpriced dump. Go to any IBIS in Europe, pay less and enjoy a clean room. The best part was the food area. The buffet had a good selection. The rest was disappointing, esp. the small window on the room. But to be fair, I haven't checked out other Hotels in Abidjan, but compared to European standards, it was more than disappointing.“
