« Our stay at the Cottage in the woods was amazing and I wish we had booked for longer. I travelled with four teens and a dog and the property was perfect. A beautifully decorated and well laid out property that had everything we needed and more. Beautiful outdoor seating and cooking options, arrived to the fire going and a welcome basket. The hosts were very welcoming and so accommodating, especially helpful after my dog rolled in a big and I needed to fully wash him down. I cannot rate this...

« Janeville is in a perfect spot with lovely views over Loch Fyne. The host was very welcoming, popping in shortly after our arrival. Walks or cycles along the canal are highly recommended. Nearby, Lochgilphead has all amenities you would need. »

« We extended our stay in Melfort village and were rewarded with beautiful weather. Upper Cooperage is a lovely comfortable apartment which now has an ensuite shower room as well as main bathroom. Everything we need is provided and the village is so peaceful and relaxing. All the staff are welcoming & helpful & the Monday music night was great fun. Recommend a stay here. »

« Not worth the cost. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and the shower drain needs unclogging. I had to stop the water for it to drain or it would have over flown the base. The stove light didn’t work. There was no toaster. No facial tissue/kleenex. The dish sponge was used (not good for someone with food allergies like me). There were only two glasses. And be warned, if you are on the top floor like we were, the sun shines on the sliding door all afternoon and into the evening, making the place...

« An excellent discovery of the Melfort Village. Our cottage was perfect in every way. Clean and very cosy with all the essentials. The location is really good as if is slightly raised over the village and the view from the main area and master bedroom is stunning. You can see over the villages and through the lake.
