« A unique experience. Staying in a treehouse was very high on the novelty scale. Expect a slight slope in the floor, and don't forget to close the windows before you go to bed as the monkeys are sneaky and will steal any fruit that you leave on the dining table. A fun night.
If you are averse to a staircase, this might not suit, you though. »

« They had no record of our reaction (that we had paid confirmation through hotels.com. They charged us cash to get a room. (Options in the area and time we arrived extremely limited). Had to try and negotiate an 11 check out at 9 suggested he wanted us out by 10 (place had no other guests). Very noisey all night »

« Das Hotel sollte Expedia aus dem Programm nehmen. Das Zimmer war schmutzig, verstaubt. Das Bad riecht ĂŒbel. Kein warmes Wasser. Das fenster im Bad liess sich nicht schlieĂen, dadurch besteht die Gefahr dass Mosquitos ungehindert eindringen und das in den Tropen. Im Flur liegen tote Insekten, Kakerlaken. Insgesamt ist das gesamte hotel schmutzig und heruntergekommen auch wenn sich das Personal bemĂŒht. »

« We had an extremely enjoyable two-night stay at Ella Dream Catcher Resort. The hotel is easily accessible by car or tuk-tuk and is located about 10 minutes from the city center, offering a peaceful setting while still being close to town.

« Itâs a thrilling expression in the middle of the forest. A true reflection of the pictures, the villa was spacious, comfortable, and beautiful. Even though itâs in the middle of the forest, there were no mosquitos inside. The place was spotless. Sri, who looked after us, was very courteous and polite. Breakfast and dinner was also very delicious. A tuk tuk is needed to go to the main road, and it was arranged for us almost immediately whenever we needed it. Go for it! »

« - HÎtel trÚs bien situé car au calme et à l'écart de l'animation de la ville mais cependant à 2 minutes à pied du centre d'Ella. Nous avons pu faire plusieurs ballades à pied directement au départ de l'hÎtel => trÚs belle situation à tous points de vue

« Séjour fantastique dans cet hÎtel avec une vue à couper le souffle.
L'hÎtel est incroyablement situé, juste au dessus de la voie de chemin de fer, et à 5 minutes à pied de la rue principale d'Ella (ça grimpe pour revenir par contre).
Superbe piscine, au calme et profitant de la vue.
Le petit déjeuner est excellent.
Les plats sont délicieux (parfois épicés, on est au Sri Lanka), ils servent aussi des cocktails, des lassi etc, et on a eu la chance d'inaugurer le stand de glaces !
Et le top du top...

« Nice place, but quite pricey for what you get. Maybe Ella is just a bit overpriced at this point⊠:) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing!! Location was good a bit outside of the busy Ella town. Quiet and peaceful. Only negative thing was that the walls to our room were very thin so we had to use earplugs to sleep, but it was ok for us :) »
