« Cet hôtel est près de la sortie de l’autoroute, près de notre famille. Le service parfait, la salle de bains un peu vieillotte (bathroom little old) mériterait un coup de jeune mais très propre. Manque une universel’ plug pour nous Français for us French people. We used to reserve in this hotel it’s perfect for us. »

« We spent one night in Colchester at GreyFriars Hotel.This is great value for money and definetely deserves 4 to 5*. Amazing breakfast. I recommend the suite with large bathtub. »

« We had an amazing 1 night stay. We had parked up the road just off high street (24 hour car park) as parking limited (permit only outside) at the pub but was easy to find car park and walk down to the pub was a couple of minutes. When we arrived in the pub we were welcomed by Babs and Summer. Summer showed us to our room, you have to go through a staff only area and as it is a pub the ceilings were low but we liked that as it makes the stay different. We were told all about the late night...

« Nous avons choisi le George sur les conseils d'amis qui, comme nous, ont leur enfant à l'University of Essex. The George est situé sur High Street, donnant un grand choix de restaurants, 100 metres du parc du Chateau (7.30-19h). L'hôtel est très "oldy-wordly" avec quelques murs d'origine. La chambre n'était pas grande mais largement suffisante, avec vue sur le parking, donc pas de bruit et très calme. Le lit, 160 metre était très confortable comme le linge de lit. Le seul hic était la douche...
