« Hottel Gal was very unhelpful, I got in early requested to check in early and was told I couldn't when i checked the internet site it showed that she could have checked me in. I ended up sitting in lobby for 4 hours. Overall, the place was not very well kept. Room was rundown, and musty. Bathroom hasn't been fixed up in a decade, lots of stains and worn-out floors, tub, and room in general was low budget. Very noisy, from guests, car alarms going off. « Everything about the bear den was perfect! Comfortable, cozy and clean. It has been my favorite place to ever stay! We saw an eagle in the tree right off the front porch! The scenery was amazing and it was so nice to do a fishing charter and go back to a house to make the food you just caught. We enjoyed every single day in Ketchikan and it was so nice to have a wonderful place to relax in the afternoons on the porch and sleep well so the next day you can get up and explore again! « We had a terrific stay on the Lady Faye - we are a family of 4 with 2 teen boys ( age 17 and 13). This is a beautiful ship in an incredible setting - we had coffee in the AM watching floatplanes and cruise ships glide by - in the evening seals and sea lions coupled with fishing cruisers coming and going was beautiful.
