„After our originally booked apartment for our London trip was canceled, we were very lucky to get this apartment. The host was very friendly and helpful. Questions were answered quickly. The apartment was very clean and well equipped, we lacked nothing. Well suited for two people, but a bit small for three. If there's anything to criticize, it's the water pressure in the shower. Thank you for having us.“

„Firstly this is anything but a hotel. The property was not as described. No stove, nor oven. Heating seemed a luxury option. It spent more time not working, and on the last day waited 12 hours for it to be turned back on. Owner obviously knew what the issue was! Expedia did nothing to assist in resolving the matter. “

„This was a very nice option if you need a full flat, but are on a budget. Clean, well maintained. Its a bit out of the way if you need to be in central London, but the commute is simple so its not a bother, as its a short bus ride from the northolt Central Line station. I quite enjoyed my stay. Thank you“

„This flat is down a steep, narrow set of stairs. Communication with this host was very good, and the location is close to an Underground station though the line isn't very convenient to many sightseeing destinations nearby. This backs up to the railroad tracks and trains run 24/7 so if you have the windows open it will be loud. However, since it's a daylight basement, with windows/doors closed the noise isn't good. There is a residential neighbor upstairs whose footfalls were very audible ...
