« While the website states "no elevator", NO WHERE does it say that the units are on the 3rd & 4th floors, up VERY STEEP stairs. NOT user-friendly. »

« First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

« The property was clean, neighbours were great, bathrooms were well maintained and looked after. Our tent was clean, stocked and comfortable. The ONLY thing I could say was a negative is it's right next to medi helicopter, both nights we were there it woke us up. However, it didn't stop us from enjoying our stay. I just wish I knew in advance because we may have stayed at the Lodges instead of the tent (apparently they couldn't hear it). »
