« First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

« Comes with 4 BR each with a Queen bed or bigger. Plus a pull out couch in the basement and a twin in one of the rooms. So it was a little cozy. The weird thing was having to walk through a bathroom to get to basement. But thats a design thing from a hundred years ago. The hot tub was amazing. It was 5 min drive to Over-The-Rhine district in Cincinnati. Would rent again »

« Host was very prompt in responses in our questions and concern! Would stay with this host again. »

« Great location and a really cool vibe. I loved the loft. Unfortunately, the keypad on the front entrance stopped working which led to a series of avoidable issues, inconveniences, and very poor communication. There is a back entrance, but don’t count on being able to park in the reserved spaces in back. Fortunately, there is free parking across the street (with police parking, so it is MUCH safer than the back alley). »

« This property was in an ideal location for us as it was within walking distance of downtown Cincinnati. The downtown Newport area right outside the loft also has a nice variety of food and shopping options. The loft itself was clean, comfortable, and the area was quiet at night. We would stay here again. »

« This spot is a gem! It’s in the perfect location, it’s a great size with great amenities. It was a welcome “home base” for a trip to Newport! And the hosts were so communicative and shared so many great tips and local insights for our stay. Will definitely book here again for our next trip! »
