« SCAMMER ALERT I arrived at this property after traveling for 5 hours to Luxembourg to have no check in instructions or have any ability to contact the host. The number and contact they provided were disconnected and I asked residents at the apartment complex about the rental unit and they shared they did not know who the owner was and that others had issues before. EXPEDIA did right by me and put me into another hotel and helped with my expenses. USE EXPEDIA, but do NOT book this location. »

« The property was conveniently located across the street from bus#9 and several blocks from coffee shop, train/bus station and supermarket. When we arrived the twin bed was broken along with two door handles. The owner was aware but never addressed it. We just received automated messages since they were out of town. We were only supplied with one garbage bag and dishwasher pod. There was no soap, wine opener or wine glasses. Overall the apartment was ok for a few days. »
