« Excellent service provided by every staff in the hotel. Besides, my daughter was feeling unwell during the trip. Front desk staff was extremely helpful and Manager Mr Wang helped us to arrange for doctor visit. We would like to thank every staff in the hotel. The price is steeper than most hotels in the Chongqing city . However, the service level provided exceeded the price. We would strongly recommend anyone who is looking for the best. »

« Could have been a 5 star. Unfortunately the room on the 1st night was located directly opposite a staff door that creaked loudly everytime it is open or closed. Could not sleep on the 1st morning due to that. Otherwise. Hotel is great. Staff were very helpful (helped me change room) and location was perfect. Just avoid room 4119 the noisy room :) »

« The hotel is very nice and clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The riverview is worth the upgrade especially at night when the city lights up. The breakfast has a nice mix of western and Chinese foods. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel and a short walk to a ferry to cross the river. Nice cold a/c and is a non smoking hotel but has smoking areas conveniently for those that do. Georgina was helpful and friendly willing to assist in anything that was needed. The plaza is...
