The staff is super friendly and welcoming and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. My only complaint was the snoring, but I brought him with me.“

The only thing missing was better food at the lounge. The menu was very small. Other than that it was great and great value. “

„We chose the hotel due it's proximity to Great American ballpark. On our free day, we walked to the street car to tour Findley Market. All of the employees (Valet, Front Desk, Breakfast Mgr) we interacted with were very helpful. There's nothing to say "negative". We would stay at the Residence again, without question.“
