« Great location and beautiful home! We had an issue the first night, the electric lock wasn’t working when we came home from dinner, finally got it to work after about 45 minutes standing outside at 9pm. The host was not answering my panic messages which was frustrating and if we hadn’t eventually gotten in, we would have had nowhere to go with our dog inside the home. I had no other options of how to get in the house. I learned I will always ask for a direct phone number for the host in future...

« I would recommend creating a better path through the back yard that is not dirt. When it was wet after a rain storm, I tracked mud into the residence from my boots. I would also recommend installing a shower head that swivels so the water doesn’t spray out of the shower area onto the floor »

« The property was pet friendly. My 12 lb dog had an anxiety attack for the first time ever and destroyed a set of blinds. I sent a picture and explained what happened and the host explained that was why there was a deposit. He appreciated the upfront communication, and i enjoyed not being yelled at. »
