« Nous avions réservé 2 nuits et finalement nous ne sommes restés qu'une seule et c'était déjà de trop ! 1er problème : nous avions demandé un lit bébé lors de la resa . Lors du checking l'après midi, deux fois demandé pour qu' ils n'oublient pas... Nous sommes rentrés le soir et bingo ! Pas de lit... juste un seul lit bébé pour tout le motel !!!!! 2eme problème : l hotel est tenu par des ados, à l accueil au ménage... la manager est venue le lendemain qu' à 11h 3eme problème : la propreté......

La chambre était spacieuse et propre par contre on nous a donné la pire chambre de l’hôtel: juste à côté du lobby et de l’espace petit déjeuner et en face de la machine à glaçons. Très très bruyant donc. A minima il faudrait mettre des portes pour fermer l’espace de la machine à glaçons. Et je n’ai pas l’impression que l’hôtel était plein: cette chambre devrait être attribuée en dernier recours. »

« The AmericInn by Wyndham in Holland was a major disappointment. Pulling into the parking lot gave immediate “episode of Cops” vibes. The exterior was being painted, many windows were covered in plastic, and the asphalt parking lot badly needed resealing. The remodeled lobby was actually attractive and welcoming, but it was stuffy and humid. From there, things went downhill.
