There was a problem with the roomâs air conditioning. It was checked but couldnât be fixed right away so they graciously provided us with the room next door. The staff were very courteous.
Comfortable and clean. There was a leak from the bathroom above us but we were given a new room when that happened directly across the hall. The room seemed musty from dampness.
This is a decent 150 a night hotel. I regret the 300 plus we spent. Toilet didn't work properly; checked in too late to bother complaining. Mesh curtains don't block sun so bring a sleepmask. There are stains on the furniture and all over the carpets. And the hallways have an intense soap smell. The coffee and location are solid however.
The property was definitely older, but maintained well. The staff was friendly. My family and I were comfortable.
Biggest positives: value & convenient location.
Negatives: water pressure wasn't the best, a/c took a while to get cold

Weâve stayed here before and had a great experience. Hotel is clean. Staff is friendly. Location is great. However, there were clear signs of the rooms needing more TLC. The room was clean which is most important but the shower ceiling had the beginning stages of what looked like mold spots, the tiles and grout on the bathroom floor was coming loose, the ceiling in the hallway showed leaking and serious need of attention as the bubbling of the ceiling was causing the fire sprinkler to begin to fall out of its place. Love the warm and welcoming lobby but sad to see some of the handy jobs not be given the attention it needs to be a great hotel.
Nice location but nobody mentioned the nice shopping nearby. We saw it on our way out.
Pool area is hot, old and smells like pool chemicals. Room is clean but old. The bed is good. Breakfast is light on choices but includes eggs and waffles.

Our only comment for improvement is that the AC wasnât quite what it needed to be. With the shower room not ventilating as it could, the humidity in the room was more than outside. Might have been better in the first floor rooms.
No Housekeeping, which is a change from the last time I stayed. When requesting a room accommodation or housekeeping, I was given short excuses. When I voiced disappointment, I was given a longer explanation of the reasons why the hotel could not accommodate. I do not intend on staying in the future, as they do not value my business, and the front desk/text contact is not effective at addressing customer requests. If her job is to provide excuses for why accommodations cannot be provided, recommend using an AI chatbot or just a simple chatbot.
