« Everything was perfect. I've never seen a VRBO rental that was so thoughtfully and completely appointed. There was seemingly no detail, no matter how small, that escaped Gary and Pamela's attention. For example, they supplied umbrellas and a first aid kit (not that we needed it). We regularly rent via VRBO and I can say without exaggeration, I've never seen hosts that sought to think of everything a guest might need and still seek feedback on how to improve further! Great experience! »

« The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

« Just arrived home after a great family vacation in Hot Springs. Thank you for sharing your lovely home . It was perfect for our family . Quiet and peaceful Enjoyed the Jefferson pools. Only disappointment was the difficulty we had getting into the Dairy Barn pool and center. Do want to inform you that we did break the glass shade to a lamp in your lower room. Please advise us as to how we can reimburse you! So very sorry! Again thanks for sharing your home. Becky and Ernie May »

« ⁹lots of room and lots of historical character. House was clean, nicely furnished and in good shape considering its age. Stacey, the local manager, responded immediately and fixed an issue with the fireplace. »
