« I very much appreciated the way the staff treated us, they were first-class. Wifi outages on Sept. 30 and October 1 we are seniors and don’t do the nightlife. We watch tv and go to bed. The paperwork at the spa can be transitioned to tablets. When using multiple days the info would self populate. A handhold at the front of the tub, we are seniors and have balance issues getting in and out of the tub. Or better yet convert the tubs to walk-in showers. I mean who takes a bath when one is at a spa. »

« Excellent staff. The room was a bit warm because the sun hits the room all afternoon, but we were out for the day. Maybe bring a small fan for the night to help out the a/c. It was a hot July day and a/c was working overtime. Comfortable bed. No amenities but there is a community pool down the street you can use for a small fee. Breakfast-you might want to eat out but we managed. Eggs and heated vegetables, and you have to look for the breakfast area or you’ll miss it. Okay for an overnight...

« My stay at the Hampton inn Covington was disappointing. Overall, I had doubts with regards to the cleanliness of the room (sheets, towels and shower). The water temperature was inconsistent all through the stay. »

« Desk clerk/Manager very helpful &kind. Unfortunately, property is poorly maintained roadside motel. I've stayed at a number of excellent roadside motels...this is the opposite. Ice machine been broken for a while, dirty kitchen closet, marked walls, number of burnt bulbs in the room, acceptabley clean room and linnens. »

« The spacious apartment was located in the center of town across from Bacova Beer Co. restaurant and Claire's Cakes and Coffee which was great for coffee (although not open until 8AM) if you don't bring your own coffee to make in the apartment. We enjoyed listening to the live music being played outside next to the Bacova Beer Co. « We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

« Pictures DON'T do it justice! I stayed for two nights with two friends for a girls trip. The apartment was spotless, inviting, modern and perfectly decorated. Huge plush towels and a beautiful view of the Omni tower. The Omni Resort sets across the street as well as a super cute cafe and Bacova Brewery is a must try!
