« The house was very clean and as advertised. The location was great for out weekend plans, the drive to the Homestead and Jefferson pools was not bad at all. We had a great weekend at this house! »

« The location was great, nice coffee shop across the street for breakfast. The unit was generally clean, but the corners and window ledges were a bit dirty. There is an issue with the little ladybug like beetles. Also, there was leftover animal hair on the furniture from a prior guest with a pet. « Honestly couldn’t ask for a better place. Quiet place only about 20 minutes from downtown Covington, and within 40 minutes of several outdoor spots. Everything was super clean, everything in the cottage worked well, and the wifi was fast. Perfect spot for a secluded get away but with amenities and privacy you can’t find at a campground. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend. »

« We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...

« I wish I could upload the pictures from inside this property. The house was disgustingly filthy, cobwebs, dead bugs, etc. It smelled musty and old. I went to open one of the blinds and because they were so old it broke. We cut our visit in half and only stayed one night because we could not stay on the property another day. I immediately contacted the property manager, Natalie, about the blind and sent pictures. The owner, Sandy, still charged me even after sending her pictures of the disgusting...
