« We made the mistake of staying across the street and were encountered with a mouse in our room, ants in the bathroom, and a hole in the wall where the mouse got in. Their resolve was to spray raid in our room. We couldn’t breathe so we had to leave. Your establishment is Taj Majal and your staff heaven sent. We could not have been treated better. Charlotte at the front desk and Lucy from housekeeping are to be applauded for their professionalism and customer service. Thank you very much. »

« Basic customer service. Somewhat clean but scratchy area. Room smelled like cat urine. Bathroom dated and had mold on tile in tub and rust in bottom of toilet . Was anxious to leave next morning »
