„Hotel was nice and clean. Only one elevator that was being taken over by guys moving furniture and it was very inconvenient as they were doing it in the morning while people were trying to get to breakfast and move their stuff for check out. Breakfast ended at 9:30 which was right as everyone was coming down to eat. Weird time to end breakfast on the half hour. Patios needed cleaning up and arranging.“

„Effingham is my typical stop when I travel for work. I used to stay at the LaQuinta across the street from this hotel, but it has really become ragged and worn down over the last two years. This hotel is much newer and their housekeeping team is doing a great job. Every time I stay here, my room is very clean, as is the lobby, parking lot, etc. The little details matter and they are on top of things. I appreciate that and will continue to be a regular customer.“

„I travel cross country and need a hotel with a full fridge. This is newly renovated. So it was in excellent condition and very clean. The only thing, the walls are thin. But it was cheap. It works for me. Clean and full fridge.“

„Stayed at this property to see family near by and attend the Indy 500. It was the perfect place! There is lots of space. It is decorated very cute and has everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. It was private and secluded in the woods. It’s a quiet and peaceful place, wish we could’ve stayed longer, but hope to come back again!!“

„The kids loved being right at the lake, swimming whenever they wanted to. In the house was plenty of room for the five of us and we found everything we needed. One star less for the relatively close neighbours and the loud weekend "traffic" on the lake. Overall we had a great stay and enjoyed it a lot!“
