„Very clean and well maintained. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Very close to down town. Evelyn is in walking distance. I would recommend this place to stay.“

„No value for money, extremely expensive for a small room“

„Leider hat dieses Hotel seit vielen Jahren die beste Zeit hinter sich …“

„Poorly soundproofed, had a room with a window into the hallway outside, basically no daylight. Felt I was in the basement. Was supposed to get an upgrade. Told me they were full. Had to buses. It read vacancy outside. Mackinaw city feels like a tourist trap. If you go offseason, don’t book ahead, go to one of the many motels.“

„Hayden was very informative and helpful.“

„We arrived and they were experiencing a partial power outage and they were super helpful for the older people checking in to get them into a first level room - we were fortunate to have power in our room. The room was updated and clean and the lakeside balcony was amazing for morning sunrise! Perfect location to all things downtown Mackinaw!“

„Bed is hard and hot tub isn’t really that hot! Pool rail isn’t secured to ground well, nice staff, quick and easy check in“

„Very nice and kind welcome from the staff. Very nice location with a lot of amenities. Highly recommend this place !“

„Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Frühstück und der Frühstücksraum sind enttäuschend. Wir hatten mehr erwartet.“

„Madyson at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Same with the room stewards. Very homey place, very pretty and well located in terms of visiting other great cities. Will be back!!“

„Eigentlich eine tolle Location, aber die Unterkunft war doch schon sehr alt und abgewohnt. “

„There was no daily housekeeping, no garbage pickup, no new towels. Mold in the shower. The breakfast was ok and the staff was excellent.“

„No TP except the less than half a roll already on. Kleenex box was empty... Condements in coffee cup were already used....Hair in the bath tub.“
