« The room we paid for was very small. There was hardly room to walk around the bed. There was a rustic bench to put items onto, no cabinet with draws. The bathroom was down the hall, and the window was wide open at 9 p.m. allowing a gale to blow through. I closed it. The sitting space outside the room was always cold. There is rustic and then there is deferred maintenance. The furniture is very well used, the carpet had hole in it on the stairs. No one offered to help us carry luggage up...

« This hotel has very little going for it. The room is substandard. It was clean (except for one sticky table), but old furniture can only get so clean. One chair was horribly stained. The property is substandard. The restaurant had a great hamburger. Check in took a long time because the person in charge at the bar was outside making a phone call. (You check in at the bar). Won't go there again »

« It was an absolutely gorgeous property and the host, Greg, was very hospitable and very kind. The property was very well-maintained and it was so nice to get out of the city life and just be out in the country. It was very quiet and relaxing. There are a lot of activities that you can sign up for. It is a horse farm, so we did a trail ride and had a lesson. « Place fairly clean and looks as advertised. Reasonably priced. Key items missing: beeping C02 detector, had problems getting hold of owner. Bought my own batteries for it, also missing paper towels, bought my own too. Things we don't think about much but are important Some light switches not working but lamps provide enough light. »

« The backyard garden and the view of the sea are the showstoppers here. We were in Washington for three weeks and this was the best view of the islands we had. The Inn is conveniently located near Deception Pass which offers more breathtaking scenery and some great hikes. The breakfast was as impeccable as the garden. There is such an attention to detail here. We simply did not want to leave. »

« The Airstream was cute and the beds were comfortable. The hostess was nice and responded to my emails. I realized this was at an airport but did not expect a helicopter to land next to the trailer at 1:30 a.m. Our entire family was startled awake by a helicopter hovering above the camper with its floodlights on and the camper shaking from the turbulence of the blades. The kids were pretty upset and couldn’t fall back asleep for an hour. We had to wake up at 6 am to catch our ferry home so...

« Very comfortable stay at a lovely spot in a perfect location for us, close to friends and to fishing and central to get all over the island, we wish we could have stayed longer. We will be back! »
