« Great place to stay centrally located nice place »

« Had great communication with property owner prior to the stay up today of check-in. House was very comfortable inside and and front porch allowed for leisurely sitting. Backyard was spacious and allowed for large group gatherings . All necessities included, the house is a great gathering spot. »

« We had so much room with multiple outdoor porches, bathrooms, and indoor living space. The basement offers a great place to end the day with various games for our family to have friendly competition. We enjoyed Wheeling and were surprised by a fantastic zoo, friendly people, the dog track, suspension bridge and Center Market. Thank you for sharing your home with us. »

« Beautiful property, well maintained. We felt relaxed and at home as soon as we got there. Decor was homey and the kitchen had everything we needed. The deck was spacious and we enjoyed sitting there after we go back from the blues fest. »

« Four bedrooms give privacy and plenty of room for activities at the rental. The hosts were very supportive to our needs and went above and beyond on various courtesy’s. Family members when getting to their homes thought the Innisfree Farms Estate House was a great vacation to spend and enjoy the facility. They wondered how we found such a enjoyable stay. »

« Its really cozy and comfortable, clean, safe, quiet, awesome accommodation, older house in an older established neighborhood. Great location and Super convient to college campus, stores and restaurants and downtown, all within 3 to 4 minute drive, perfect for moving my daughter to school. « This is a cute little place with plenty of space. Much more comfortable than a hotel room. Only takes about 15 minutes to drive to Martins Ferry and Wheeling. My son enjoyed sitting on the back porch and watching the barges on the river. Loved having a good k-cup coffee maker available. I also greatly appreciated the washer and dryer that allowed me to wash up our laundry the night before we left so that I didn't have a bunch of laundry to do when we got home. « It was a great place to just relax and watch the water. Everything you needed for a quiet place to unwind. Extra toothbrushes were provided if you needed them with other bathroom products, plenty of towels for two, lots of cooking options. (Also, it is not the house with the carport, it is further back from the road than I realized and tried to get into another BnB/Vrbo before I realized I was at the wrong one) »

« Allison, Christopher and their son Kyler (sp?) were fantastic hosts! Very friendly and accommodating. Their apartment was perfect for our group of 4 adults this past weekend. Most times, we don't spend a lot of time at our getaway rentals, but as the weather was sunny and in the upper 80's, we took advantage of the pool area, which was spotlessly clean, and a great way to refresh on hot days. We would not hesitate to stay here again in the future, and almost definitely will do so. »

« The house was very nice, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room and well stocked. The only thing I could complain about has nothing to do with the home, and the property manager was very nice. However the road to get to property was quite a trip. Very curvy and busy. Otherwise our stay was great. »
