« Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird »

« We had a perfect anniversary weekend staying at the carriage house! We loved the added touches, such as light music playing as we walked in. It really showed the owner cares about their guests’ experiences. Having two choices of fire pits on two included decks was so nice. We used those each night and morning. « We just completed a week long stay as we were in town for my daughters wedding. This home was impeccably clean and the perfect landing and prep pad as we were so busy and in and out all week. It had a ton of clear counter/table space, a huge empty and beautifully clean fridge, and plenty of rooms/bathrooms for our crew. We even appreciated all of the garage space. « Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. »

« My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. It was just what we wanted. A nice cozy cabin in the mountains, but not difficult to get to. Neal was really friendly and helpful. The Cabin is so cool with a lot of cool little details. Rustic, with all the modern comforts. Highly recommend!! »

« We have been to Sundance several times over many years, and this was our favorite rental. It was immaculately clean, beautifully and whimsically decorated, thoughtfully stocked and perfectly quiet and well situated. There is a lovely crystal clear hot tub directly adjacent to a rushing stream, a three burner propane Weber grill (grates absolutely clean), and a super comfortable bed.
