« I liked the breakfast. Also the place was clean. However; I arrived at 3pm for my room-it was not ready. The front desk would call me when it was ready. No call-I came back at 3:45pm. Still not ready. My daughter and I had no where to go so we waited in the lobby until it was decided we could get a different room. No discounts-just a different room. Check in is scheduled for 3pm. We were given a room at 4:25pm. »

« I liked everything. Very clean, beds are great! I slept better than I do at home. Shower was real nice. The Continental breakfast was outstanding. Staff was very polite. »

« Un arrêt court à Battle Creek dans un hotel agréable et confortable sur notre voyage entre Chicago et Détroit mais qui valait le détour pour aller au Gilmore Car Museum et pour assister à la rencontre annuelle Red Barns Spectacular. Un paradis de passionnés de voiture. »

« The people were very nice and knowledgeable. The property however was very dated. The shower had little water pressure and the wall paper was pealing off the wall. The room was clean I think it just needs a lot of updates. »

« The pool was broken, the door by our room was broken. The food was ok. I was never offered a "welcome gift" even if it was only water. I had to fix the screen at the window myself so that bugs didn't come in. Something else was broken because they had dug a trench out back. Our 2 burner stove had one burner that worked somewhat. The other was completely dead. »
