« Location is good. However we have stayed there several times in years past but now the WiFi was poor, the breakfast was sub par, had to ask for room to be serviced. »

« There is no elevator so we had to have a room on the first floor. I understand that the first night was booked but we got a room it was small. I asked the next day to be accommodated to a bigger room which she assured me she wld discuss w the manager and contact me. Never heard from them. Never in our 3 day stay did we get any kind of cleaning. I had to get towels and put our trash out. Do better for 96$ a night. »

« The overall cleanliness of the room was fine, but felt really outdated. Both of the beds were hard and uncomfortable to sleep on too. We tried both and slept on the softer of the two. We did have our pets with us and were glad we had this amenity. »

« The bed was super comfortable. The room had a decent sized fridge with a real freezer, not one of those little freezer compartments. The staff was very friendly. This is an older motel but it's clean and comfortable - definitely the best place to stay in Great Bend for this price point. »

« First thing you notice when you walk in to check, in and if you wake up early enough when you walk out the door is how incredibly clean the property is. Room was exactly what we need as a family of 3 with a toddler on a roadtrip. Pool was excellent, and the breakfast was great for what you get. On the road trip we’ve stayed at what most would say are two other “upscale” hotels, this property blew those away on cleanliness alone! »

« Hotel is clean and quiet, off the beaten path of traffic. Staff was very accommodating on a last minute room request. Only improvement I can suggest is more options for breakfast and beds that don’t feel like you’re sleeping on a box spring. Would stay here again. »

« Although the room & bathroom were clean, when we entered the room upon arrival, a very unpleasant sewage odor was present. This odor was corrected by an air freshner my husband found in the exercise room. The curtains need to be replaced as the backing was deteriorating allowing streetlight & am sunlight to filter through. The beds were very comfortable; the linen & towels were adequate. The staff was very cordial & parking was adequate. The breakfast offered was limited. »

« The property itself wasn't awful, but it was not clear that there would be outside stairs, lots of them. The bathroom was TINY, there was mouse poop in the silverware drawer and all of the furniture except for the bed and kitchen chairs were super uncomfortable. I would not stay here again in the future »

« The fridge and freezer were not functional during our visit. The linens were dirty but changed once we called the service number. There was a lot of dust on the light in the bedroom that we cleaned off. The bathroom is super cramped. I'm 6'1" and couldn't sit on the toilet comfortably. There is a dog across the street that barked constantly. I will say the service number was nice to have and they fixed what they could promptly. It was a bummer not being able to use the fridge and freezer...
