« Overall we had a great stay, but it started out very disappointing. My husband and I were on a getaway for his 50th birthday and we had stayed in a bed and breakfast the night before. I had scheduled spa appointments at 1pm so we figured we would go to the hotel early and see if they weren't sold out on a random Thursday night and perhaps they might have a room ready. « We stayed in the Club level. It was so nice to have snacks and drinks available. The breakfast was equally nice and convenient. We could take our plates to our room as an option. Our room was cozy and stylish. Our fridge was stocked with drinks (included in club level) and we even had chocolates at our bedside. « Air conditioning didn’t work in my room. Staff brought me a fan to accommodate but ultimately no additional accommodations offered or made »

« Nous avons dormi à bay city seulement une nuit et nous avons été très bien reçu par le personnels. Les environs sont très bien avec plusieurs choix de restaurants mais la chose qui nous a déplus le plus est l'odeur d'humidité dans la chambre a notre arrivé. En général nous sommes satisfait pour une nuit. »
